Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS) provides a variety of services to individuals age 18 and older who are facing challenges from intellectual or developmental disabilities, brain injuries, long-term illnesses, aging or social conditions. 
 
We take the time to understand your individual needs and goals to help you improve your physical and mental health, your self-sufficiency and your overall quality of life. 
 
Adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
 
Behavioral Health: We assess your behavioral and mental health to help you improve your overall well-being. We also provide individual and group therapies that will improve your communication, relationships and life skills. Learn more.
 
Life Skills & Support: We work with you hands-on to connect with your community, attend to personal care needs and more. We also provide 24/7 home-based living arrangements. Learn more.
 
Service Coordination: We help you access state waiver programs that provide services, support and care. We work with you to identify needs, create a service plan, connect you with the right resources and advocate for you. Learn more.
 
Adults who are Homeless 
If you are a Veteran or a member of a Veteran household, and your family is homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, we work with you to provide safe housing. We also offer employment services for homeless or at-risk Veterans. Learn more.
