Consider RMHS as You Make Your Year-End Donations

Since 1992, donors have helped Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS) provide personalized case management and services for thousands of people. Your gift will empower people to realize their goals and create inclusive communities across Colorado. In 2019, RMHS:

• Helped nearly 4,000 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive the services and support necessary to stay in their homes and communities.

• Provided assessments, case management and therapies to more than 2,500 children under 3 years old with developmental delays.

• Accessed resources so more than 1,000 veterans who were homeless or at risk of homelessness could find stable homes.

• Created plans to help over 500 people transition from inpatient behavioral health settings into their communities.
