2021 mill levy-funded community initiative proposals accepted until 5 p.m. MST on Dec. 31.

Each year, we contract with a wide array of organizations that provide unique services and resources to Denver residents. These community initiatives increase service options and expand the provider base available to benefit individuals with I/DD. We firmly believe that by empowering people with the resources and options they need to reach their full potential, Colorado will thrive.

Currently, we are accepting proposals for 2021 mill levy-funded community initiatives. We will accept proposals until 5 p.m. MST on Dec. 31. The funding opportunity announcement and all supporting materials are available at www.rmhumanservices.org/community-partners.

Proposals will be accepted for projects up to 3 years in duration, not to exceed 12/31/2023, with an initial contract period of 03/01/2020 to 12/31/2020. Two additional 1-year extensions may be available based on recommendation by the mill levy program director and approval by RMHS executive leadership with input from the RMHS Community Advisory Council. The recommendation will be based on performance and outcomes as outlined in the proposal and contract.

We are offering a virtual technical assistance session on Dec. 23 from noon to 1 p.m. for anyone interested in submitting a proposal.
