Due to recent changes to Colorado’s Home and Community Based (HCBS) case management system, we are experiencing a higher volume of calls and longer wait times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The State of Colorado’s Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) has acknowledged the challenges of the CMRD process in a letter to members and reaffirms their commitment to addressing these issues
