The contact center is staffed with knowledgeable staff members who can answer questions and resolve specific issues that are often answered by case managers. These issues include enrollment status, prior authorization, providers and service plan. The contact center is helpful for both people in case management services and providers.


The Contact Center is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday though Friday (except holidays). After hours, there is a voice message system to leave a request for a call back which will happen during the next day’s business hours.

How can I find out who my case manager is? 

You may have recently received a letter in the mail from RMHS, that letter will have your case manager and their contact information on it.  If you didn’t receive a letter in the mail from RMHS, you can email and we will connect you with your case manager. 

How can I check my enrollment status? 

If you know who your case manager is, please reach out to your case manager directly.  If you don’t know the phone number for your case manager, here are a few ways to access it: 

1. View the contact lists below under, "Case Manager Phone Numbers".

2. Call the RMHS main line and use the phone directory to get to your case manager. That number is 303-636-5600.
