RMHS Contact Center:
It can be difficult and confusing to know where to go for help with the services offered at RMHS. In response to this, RMHS opened a new contact center on November 1, 2021. The contact center is staffed with knowledgeable staff members who can answer questions and resolve specific issues that are often answered by case managers. These issues include enrollment status, prior authorization, providers and service plan. The contact center is helpful for both people in services and providers who work with the Single-Entry Point and Service Coordination through the Community Center Board. The Contact Center is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm, Monday though Friday (except holidays). After hours, there is a voice message system to leave a request for a call back which will happen during the next day’s business hours.
