The contact center is staffed with knowledgeable staff members who can answer questions and resolve specific issues that are often answered by case managers. These issues include enrollment status, prior authorization, providers and service plan. The contact center is helpful for both people in case management services and providers.
The Contact Center is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm, Monday though Friday (except holidays). After hours, there is a voice message system to leave a request for a call back which will happen during the next day’s business hours.
