2025 Mill Levy Community Forum

Rocky Mountain Human Services invites you to the 2025 Mill Levy Community Forum!

This year’s forum, Navigating the Transition from School to Adult Life for Students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), will bring together youth, students, families, and professionals to share resources and insights to support a successful transition to adulthood.

All information, including the presentation and printed hand-outs, will be available in both English and Spanish.
