Denver START Clinical Education Training: Polypharmacy and I/DD

This session addresses the risks and realities of polypharmacy in individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Participants will learn how to recognize medication-related concerns, support informed decision-making, and collaborate across systems to reduce unnecessary medication burden using START-informed practices.
