Rocky Mountain Human Services Named a 2023 Denver Post Top Workplace

RMHS recognized as one of the best large companies to work for in Colorado

DENVER — May 5, 2023 — Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS) was recognized as one of Colorado’s best large companies to work for on the 2023 Denver Post Top Workplaces list, an employer recognition program that is based on employee feedback. RMHS is a nonprofit organization that offers person-centered case management and direct service programs for children, adults and veterans. With offices in Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo, and programs throughout Colorado, RMHS is committed to collaborating with individuals and their families to help them achieve their goals.

Recognition on the Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback, which is collected through workplace surveys. The survey measures attitudes about company culture, leadership, employee engagement, wages, benefits and work-life balance. RMHS ranked 23rd out of 150 companies that were surveyed.
With a staff of over 500 employees, RMHS supports more than 15,000 Colorado residents through case management and direct service programs. The nonprofit strives to be an employer of choice by taking a person-centered approach to caring for its employees.
