Referrals

How long is the typical wait before I am selected to begin providing services for someone?


EI: After the contract is approved, the provider must attend orientation, which will be scheduled as needed. Once the provider has completed orientation, he/she will be added to the referral list and can start responding to referrals. HHP: Placement is based on customer choice, timelines vary depending on finding a good match for both parties. PASAs: Referrals are made to service providers chosen by people enrolling in services, therefore it depends on when your agency is chosen by the individual and/or their family after your contract process is complete.





Processes

EI Providers: How can I have input into processes and changes in EI at RMHS?


We are working with the Denver Providers Advisory Committee (DPAC). DPAC Mission: The Denver Providers Advisory Committee (DPAC) will inform and collaborate with RMHS staff on teaming/provider interests and provide mentorship‎ to the RMHS transdisciplinary teams in order to strengthen and improve EI service delivery to families and their children. Contracts

How long does it take to get contracted?


The contracting process varies by program and individual program requirements. Each contractor must submit proof of proper insurance and undergo any applicable background checks and/or credentialing prior to a contract being generated and sent for signature.




What do I need to do in order to get contracted?


Contracting with RMHS is based on client and program need. Please reach out to the specific program you are interested in contracting with and/or contracts@rmhumanservices.org
