RMHS updating online referral system

Beginning Aug. 22, 2022, Rocky Mountain Human Services will have a new online referral portal, replacing many referral forms and links for RMHS programs on the website.

The new portal will provide an easy and effective way of submitting a referral whether you are from a professional organization, self-referring or have a family member or friend assisting in submitting a referral.

We will begin changing over forms on Aug. 19 with the official launch starting Aug. 22.
